The A 180 CDI Blue Efficiency has claimed to give a mileage of 33.16kmpl and CO2 emissions of 92g/km. These figures for A 180 CDI is a result of host of things such as lower suspension, aero dynamically designed spring link coverings and a partial covering of the radiator grille. The German luxury car giant is also making efforts to achieve the mileage of 23 KMPL and CO2 emissions of 120g/km with its revised petrol engine for A 180 CDI. Mercedes also has made alterations with engine management system and a revised transmission system to give longer gear ratios for effortless driving.
Mercedes has not revealed any information about launching this new variant in India till now and the same model will not go for Sale in UK also as of now. Mercedes Benz launched its B Class sports tourer last year, which is the cheapest car from Mercedes Benz for Indian market. We are eagerly awaiting Mercedes to debut its “A” class in India which is anticipated to launch around the year end.
