It is not every day that one gets to witness a replica of Maserati Gran Cabrio, or even the original car, for that matter. However, here is a detailed walkaround video from Jaipur Jeep Lovers YouTube channel, who has been able to achieve this seemingly incredible feat. Once you glance at the final product, you won’t be able to make out the difference for some time. Starting at the front, the chrome grille is an exact replica of the Maserati along with the trident logo, the body shape has been completely redone in metal, the projector headlamps are handmade, there are LED DRLs that double up as turn indicators, the car has 18-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels with new tyres and the sides feature a 2-door setup. The rear has two working exhaust pipes with modified exhaust note, chrome belts running across the body, convertible soft-top roof, LED taillamps with a chrome belt connecting them, Maserati moniker slapped across the rear. It is only when one looks closely, the lack of quality fit and finish tells you that it is a modified car and not the original Maserati.

Coming to the interior section, the beige upholstery with Maserati badges stitched on them can confuse the unsuspecting onlookers. The steering wheel wears the Maserati logo as well. On the central console, some of the switches have been borrowed from the original Honda Accord, the instrument cluster is also kept the same, the multi-colour ambient lighting is installed nicely even in the rear compartment, the armrest has the Maserati logo on the top as well, there is an infotainment touchscreen, the centre armrest along with glass holder has been installed at the rear, the Gran Cabrio name has been engraved on the dashboard, the traditional centre clock has also been installed above the AC vents like in the original Maserati. We have to admit that it is quite an impressive Maserati replica designed from Honda Accord.
