The recently-launched Maruti Suzuki Fronx has started arriving at dealerships. A new walkaround video has offered us a good glimpse at the base Sigma variant. So far, we only had videos of the top-spec Alpha variants. The Maruti Suzuki Fronx Sigma comes in five variants – Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha. Looks Stunning in Nexa Blue Paint
As you can see in the YouTube video by Power Racer, the Maruti Suzuki Fronx Sigma looks stunning in the Blue color finish. On the front, it features a projector headlamp setup with halogen lights and a turn indicator. The top-spec model gets LED DRLs. The base variant also lacks body-colored door handles, wing mirrors, silver elements on the sides, and a connected LED strip on the back. Additional features include 16-inch steel wheels and LED taillamps.

On the inside, the Maruti Suzuki Fronx Sigma Base Variant gets the automatic climate control system and instrument cluster. However, it does not get an infotainment system. The video mentions that the company has used good materials on the door and dashboard. Safety features on the car include ABS, hill hold assist, ESP, and dual airbags. You can choose from Arctic White, Grandeur Grey, Earthen Brown, Splendid Silver, and Opulent Red colors. The Earthen Brown, Opulent Red, and Splendid Silver options come with a Bluish Black roof.

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx is powered by a 1.2-liter K series 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine that offers 89bhp of power and 113Nm of torque. It offers a fuel efficiency of 20 kmpl. A 1.0-liter, three-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine option produces 99bhp of power and 147Nm of torque. For transmission, it comes with a five-speed manual, AMT, and a six-speed torque converter automatic options. The Maruti Suzuki Fronx comes with a price tag of Rs 7.47 Lakh – Rs 13.14 Lakh. It will compete against the likes of Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, and Mahindra XUV300.
