What is impressive is the fact that it still commands a strong demand even after 25 years of existence. Hence, digital artists often use it as a blank canvas to create something truly remarkable. Maruti WagonR X Facelift
This digital rendition features on the SRK Designs channel on YouTube. The artist has invested a lot of time in conceptualizing this X version of the humble WagonR. Note that X refers to the adventurous versions of regular cars in Maruti Suzuki’s parlance. The CelerioX, a perfect example of this moniker, was on sale in our market for a long time. Based on that design philosophy, the designer devised this model. At the front, it gets rectangular tri-beam LED headlamps with rectangular LED DRLs, a broad grille finished in glossy black material, fog lamps and a rugged skid plate underneath the sporty bumper.

This oozes rugged and crossover vibes from this unique WagonR. On the sides, this WagonR carries the tall boy stance with black side pillars and roof rails. The black alloy wheels and side body skirting elevate the overall demeanour of the compact vehicle. However, what takes things to the next level is the massive luggage carrier on the roof which has a dedicated compartment to carry bags or other sporting equipment while being covered and protected from the natural elements. Unfortunately, we don’t witness the rear profile of this attractive concept. Still, to experience the humble WagonR with such shenanigans is oddly satisfying.

This bizarre but enticing iteration of the Maruti WagonR facelift in X guise is impressive. I really like how much work went into making this cool new creation. It’s fascinating to see how digital artists can make regular cars look so different and exciting. Looking at these fresh versions of common cars lets us imagine them in a whole new way. Plus, it breaks the boredom of seeing the same old cars all the time. Of course, these designs will most likely never make their way into real cars.
