The 2019 Maruti Wagon R, just like other Maruti Suzuki products in India is being offered with a whole array of accessories along with customization kits.
The Maruti Suzuki Wagon R made its debut in India in its third generation iteration recently. With prices starting from INR 4.19 lakh and going up to INR 5.69 lakh, it continues to compete in the compact hatchback segment. It rivals include the likes of Hyundai Santro, Tata Tiago and the Maruti Celerio.

With this third generation update, the Wagon R gets a sizable increase in its feature list, especially in the top-spec variant. Not only this, some of the safety features, like driver side airbags, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors have been made standard across the range. That said, all is not so good as the hatchback misses out on alloy wheels, automatic climate control and passenger side airbags (as standard).

The top-end variant comes with a 7-inch Smartplay infotainment system which supports Android Auto and Apple Car Play. There are controls for this system on the steering wheel. Also, you get electrically operated and adjustable OVMS along with voice control for the navigation. That said, it misses out on a four-speaker set-up and there is no rear-parking camera even on the top-spec trim.
Well, Maruti Suzuki has made sure that for the feature that the Wagon R does not get as standard, eve on top-spec variants, one can always opt for the same through the wide array of accessories on offer. These official accessories allow a wide array of customization for the Maruti Wagon R.

In addition to the three set packages i.e. the Robust Package, Playtime Package and Casa Package, the Wagon R can be had with a number of individual options as well. These include a wide array of exterior garnishing, seat covers, wheel covers, floor mats and even alloy wheels!
To jog your memory, the 2019 Wagon R comes with two engine options. These include the older iterations 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder unit in addition to the Swift’s 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder motor. The transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed automatic gearbox.
