The teaser images of the Maruti Suzuki XL6 interiors reveal a similar design layout with the Ertiga but it gets different panels on the dashboard, all-black theme and captain seats.
Maruti Suzuki teased us with some exterior sketches of the upcoming XL6 MPV based on the Ertiga and soon, they followed it with some interior teaser images of the XL6. The tease r images almost gives us a entire glimpse of the interiors of the XL6 from Maruti Suzuki. The most noticeable thing being its similarity with the regular Ertiga.
The design of the dashboard and the layout of the XL6 seems quite similar to the ones in the regular Ertiga. The only difference is the new brushed aluminum trim along with a piano black insert on the dashboard instead of the wood-finish on the regular Ertiga. The XL6 also gets Maruti’s SmartPlay Studio infotainment system which is not available with the regular Ertiga.
Maruti has also teased an interior image showing the six-seater layout of the XL6. The bench seat from the Ertiga is gone and it has been replaced by individual captain seats with armrests. The XL6 also gets leather upholstery in place of Ertiga’s fabric ones and also has an all-black theme to the interiors instead of the Ertiga’s beige interiors. We would have liked to see some more differentiation on the inside like Maruti took the effort to redesign the exteriors by quite some bit.
As for the features, the XL6 is expected to get a height-adjustable driver’s seat, rear wash-wipe function. The top-spec Alpha variant will also get a reverse-parking camera and cruise control. On the exterior, the XL6 will have the option of dual-tone paint schemes and black alloy wheels as well.

With these interior images, Maruti also teased an image showing the face of the XL6. As can be seen from the image, the face gets all-LED headlamps, a reshaped bonnet and a new honey-comb grille design with a chrome bar along the center that seems to extend into the headlamp cluster to make for the LED DRLs. The bumper has also been completely redesigned and it looks much chunkier than before with the body claddings all around.
