If Maruti ever decides to bring the S-Presso X then by the looks it sure will look dominating to the cars present in its segment. Design-wise too it looks stylish than the regular model.
India’s largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki launched the S-Presso earlier this month and the vehicle has been garnered over 5k sales till date and has received over 10k booking in just 14 days. Now, like the Celerio which has got the X version of it in the Indian market, here is a rendered image of Maruti S-Presso X if launched.
Maruti S-Presso carries an SUV stance which competes directly with the facelifted Renault Kwid. Maruti claims that the S-Presso is aimed for young people and design wise it is a good looking hatchback.
The rendered image of the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso X proves that the design of the hatchback is improved drastically. It looked rugged earlier too but now with the body cladding, it looks tall.

Furthermore, the dual paint front bumper with added lights are an advantage. The rendred image also follows a blacked-out theme on the ORVMs, roof and on the roof rails.
The side profile sees gunmetal alloys which improves the visual appeal and a large S-Presso X badging on the side with the silver finished pallet looks agile. Overall, this version does look raw than the outgoing S-Presso.
To reduce the cost of the hatchback, the S-Presso X might offer the same level of interiors as found in the regular model. However, the optional packages can include updated upholstery with highlights on the dashboard, AC vents, centre console and others.
Powering the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso X will be the same BS6 compliant 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, BS6 compliant petrol engine. It produces 68 bhp with a peak torque of 91 Nm. Transmission is taken care of by a 5-speed manual gearbox and an option of AMT too.

It will continue to offer same set of features like a fully digital instrument cluster, remote keyless entry, power windows, steering mounted control and voice controls are some of the features this entry level hatchback gets. Safety features like a diver side airbag, Anti-lock Braking System with Electronic Brake Force Distribution are also present along with reverse parking sensors.
The price of the regular S-Presso starts at Rs 3.69 lakh and top model fetches by Rs 4.91 Lakh. We can expect if Maruti ever launched the S-Presso X trim then it will be launched in a single trim and will be priced a little above than the top end model.
