Specs
The Maruti Jimny comes with a 1.5-litre K15B petrol engine, which generates a decent 103 hp and 134 Nm of max power and torque. The Jimny sits 210 mm above the ground, and its approach, breakover and departure angles are pretty impressive at 36°, 24°, and 50° respectively. When it comes to cost, it is priced between Rs 12.74 lakh and Rs 15.05 lakh, ex-showroom.

What We Think
We have seen so many hardcore adventure seekers taking their Maruti Jimny SUVs to such exciting places. However, we must warn our readers to take care of their safety first. Just getting a rugged car doesn’t give you a free hand to take it anywhere you please. Driving on tough mountains is a skill not a lot of drivers possess. Hence, you must first be experienced in driving in the mountains. Secondly, you must prepare well to ensure that you are carrying the necessary things and information to navigate through such terrains. Also, you must not blindly trust your vehicle to get you out of any situation. Be careful and mature about such excursions.
