Aftermarket car modification houses have come so far with their professionalism and expertise that they are able to transform any vehicle into just about any other vehicle. Maruti Jimny w/ Mods Worth Over Rs 30 Lakh
This video comes from Small Town Rider on YouTube. It captures the Jimny which is almost beyond recognition. If you’ve been following our portal for a while, you must’ve come across the Jimny which had its roof and rear section cut. This is that same SUV. There are just too many components to talk about. Essentially, the entire mechanical setup, excluding the engine, has been swapped for something truly hardcore. At the front, there is a new solid bumper with auxiliary LED fog lamps, tow hooks and a winch. The bonnet is also new with cutouts for a turbocharger later. On the sides, the fenders are new and there are 32-inch tyres, a thick rod for easier ingress and egress and a 6-inch lift kit.
Along with the colossal tyres, the total lift is a whopping 9 inches. Moreover, the suspension, sway bar, differential, gear ratio, spring, transfer case, etc have all been replaced with hardcore components able to take a lot of abuse. The rear profile is just like a toy car. There is no boot compartment. It has been replaced with a cargo area with gigantic rods, the fuel tank, and a water tank for the compressor have been installed inside this boot. On the inside, there is a two-seat set-up with a rally-spec roll cage, a 4-point seat belt, additional lights and more. There is still some work left to be done on the interior.

It simply blows my mind to see how unique and impressive this Jimny is. In fact, the vlogger even drives it on an extremely rough surface but the Jimny takes everything in its stride and excels. However, I must mention here that most car modifications are illegal in India. Hence, if you want to make your car look like this and continue to use it on the road, you might have an issue with the authorities. Make sure to have such cars only as passion projects or away from public roads.
