Maruti Jimny has been a popular and successful product in various international markets and it was showcased for the Indian market at the 2023 Auto Expo held in Delhi NCR.
The 5-door version of the Maruti Jimny has been enhanced digitally in this iteration. Jimny is about to be launched in the Indian market and Maruti has chosen the 5-door version because of the practicality it offers. Moreover, price-conscious Indian customers always look for a great value-for-money proposition. Although the prices of the Jimny will be announced closer to the launch, they are expected to be aggressive. Let us take a look at this enticing digital illustration until the launch.

Maruti Jimny 5-Door
This digital concept has been designed by nstreet_design on Instagram. The overall stance and silhouette of the SUV are quite appealing. At the front, the round LED headlamps incorporate LED DRLs, there are auxiliary LED units on the bumper, the bumper itself has been shaved from the corners to accentuate its off-roading capabilities (approach angle), there are practical tow hooks mounted on the bumper, there is also a winch atop the bumper, one can clearly see the snorkel attached to the side for water wading manoeuvres.

On the sides, there are chunky off-roading high-profile tyres that are so broad that they extend out of the body, they are covered by prominent wheel arches making the SUV look like a wide body concept, there are side steps to enhance the ingress and egress of the passengers, there is a handy rooftop carrier for luggage while the sides are devoid of any creases. The rear profile features a boot lid-mounted spare tyre, horizontally positioned LED taillamps on the bumper and an upright stance.

Specs
The Jimny that will be launched pretty soon in India will come powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirate K15B petrol engine that generates a decent 104.8 PS and 134.2 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic gearbox. Being a true off-roader, Maruti Suzuki offers its trademark ALLGRIP PRO 4×4 drivetrain with a low-range transfer case with a ground clearance of 210 mm. The prices will be announced at the launch.
