This interesting iteration has been rendered by bagrawala_designs on Instagram. It captures a unique silhouette attached to the Ignis. Wide-body concepts are derived from racing cars. In the digital realm, talented designers are able to slap this pattern on mass-market cars to make them look unique. For instance, the front profile is dominated by sporty elements like the chrome grille, LED DRLs integrated into the headlamp cluster and most importantly, the massive and long bumper that is almost kissing the ground underneath.

This concept has been extended toward the sides as well. There is a colossal side body skirting that is not slim like you see on production cars. Alloy wheels are unique in their appearance too. This wide body kit culminated toward the tail-end where the rear fender extends out of the body of the Ignis. At the rear, there is a gigantic roof-mounted spoiler, prominent LED taillamps and a long bumper completing the wide body appearance.

In the regular iteration, Maruti Ignis comes powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that makes a healthy 83 hp and 113 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed MT or an AMT transmission. Its mileage stands at an attractive 20.89 km/l. The prices range from Rs 5.82 lakh to Rs 8.14 lakh, ex-showroom. Such renditions bring a unique perspective on mass-market cars which enhances our ideas about any particular model.
