Maruti Grand Vitara Delta vs Zeta Comparison
The video has been created by Power Racer on YouTube. The two SUVs are parked side by side. This time around, Maruti has done an excellent job of making both these models look fairly similar in terms of the exterior. The only difference at the front is the halogen projector headlight in the Delta and LED projector in the Zeta along with a chrome housing. On the sides, the higher trim has a few chrome embellishments on the door panels and window frames, while at the rear, the Zeta trim comes with a wiper and washer. Also, the higher trim comes with alloy wheels and the lower one has steel wheels with wheel caps.

On the inside is where one would find distinct differences. The Zeta trim comes with leatherette soft-touch materials on the door panels and dashboard. Additionally, there are chrome bits around the AC vents, gear lever, etc. There is auto-dimming IRVM and auto-folding ORVMs, a larger 9-inch Touchscreen Infotainment System with SmartPro Plus OS in comparison to the 7-inch Touchscreen with SmartPro OS in the Delta model.

6 Airbags and Premium Audio System on Zeta Variant
Then there is the 6-speaker Arkamys Sound System in the Zeta trim. In comparison, there’s the regular 4-speak audio system in the Delta trim. One certainly feels the cabin of the Zeta to be more luxurious and premium. Both these get the fabric upholstery. On the safety front, while the Delta variant comes with 2 Airbags, the Zeta has 6 airbags.

Maruti Grand Vitara Delta vs Zeta Price Comparison and Verdict
The on-road price of the Delta trim comes out to be around Rs 14.30 lakh, whereas the Zeta retails for around Rs 16.50 lakh. The difference between the two is around Rs 2.20 lakh. Depending on the city, this might vary a little. But what one must decide is whether or not you want to spend over Rs 2 lakh extra in which you will get a slightly better exterior, more features on the interior, a more premium cabin and plush materials, added safety of 4 additional airbags, a better music system and more advanced infotainment system with connected car tech and a bigger screen.
