Maruti Baleno, Vitara Brezza and S-Cross have been recalled silently. The cars are recalled to fix a possible steering issue and will be fixed for free of cost.
Maruti has recalled its three popular cars, Maruti Baleno, Vitara Brezza and S-Cross. There is no official announcement as such, but Maruti has notified dealers to repair the fault found in these cars for free. The recall has been done to check a possible fault in the steering wheel. It also covers cars with an expired warranty. The dealers have to fix the issue only if an owner comes and complaints about the problem to the service centre.
As per the news from Team-BHP, if a car reports a sticky or noisy steering system, then the service centre will replace the steering column assembly free of cost. With this, Maruti Suzuki also offers 3-years additional warranty for the replaced system against the vehicle’s existing 2-year warranty.
