Digital automobile designers are so talented that they can make any car look completely different like no one would have imagined.
This digital illustration of the Maruti Alto K10 sedan is quite attractive. Alto is one of the most successful cars in the market ever. It is a budget hatchback that a lot of people opt for as their first car. The reasons are quite simple – affordability, high mileage, low running costs and the availability of Maruti Suzuki dealerships around the country. However, in the virtual realm, all these things go for a toss and the artists are able to apply their innovation and creativity to devise unique avatars of popular cars. This is a prime example of that.

This rendition has been designed by SRK Designs on YouTube. At the front, the overall silhouette is somewhat similar to the original Alto K10 but there are significant updates still. This includes a modern LED headlamp cluster with LED DRLs integrated inside the housing that reminds us of the Swift, a massive grille, stylish fog lamp housings with a black background to offer a contrast to this orange colour and a sporty bumper. On the sides, there are elegant alloy wheels, characteristic creases, large wheel arches and an extended rear section completing the sedan look.

What We Think
While a lot of digital automobile artists create enticing iterations of popular and expensive cars, it is refreshing to see someone doing a great job with one of the most affordable cars in the country. In such ways, we get to experience a unique side to the regular car that we would have never imagined. Some such illustrations also offer a unique but new perspective and the ideas could be borrowed to get some minor modifications done to your cars to enhance the road presence. But make sure to consult your RTO before going for any major alterations because most customizations are illegal in India. Finally, coming to the Alto Sedan, well, it’s nothing more than a figment of an artist’s imagination. But won’t it be great to have an ultra-affordable sedan positioned below the Tata Tigor?
