In a bizarre modification instance, a man ended up modifying his Honda Amaze to give it a BMW-like appearance. It fascinates me beyond measure how capable aftermarket modification shops have become these days. They are able to convert just about any idea into reality. Part of the reason for this is the fact that access to automobile parts and components from various parts of the world has become easy. Secondly, people want to customize their vehicles to make them stand out from the crowd. For now, let us take a look at the details of this latest case.
Honda Amaze Modified into BMW
This post comes from sagartomarvlogs on Instagram. It captures the erstwhile Honda Amaze in a sporty red paint. However, one could instantly notice the modifications to the exterior. At the front, the trademark Kidney Grille of the BMW has been installed along with clever tweaks to the headlamps which make it look like the ones on BMW cars. Apart from that, the entire bumper has been replaced along with a sporty splitter to give it an aggressive demeanor. There are black elements to the body including on the bonnet, roof, side panels, and more.
Moving to the sides, one can notice the black alloy wheels, black rain visors, black door handles and black side skirtings along with black ORMVs. However, things are taken to the next level once you look at the rear profile. There is a prominent roof spoiler with a distinct pattern and a colossal rear diffuser section has been added to the bumper with fake exhausts to lend an imposing road presence. While I am able to recognize the original model, the details of the body kit on this Amaze are indeed impressive. The unversed could get confused, particularly when looking at the car from the front.
Our View
While this might attract a lot of viewers and draw them in to get their cars modified as well, I must burst the bubble and let you know that most car modifications are illegal in India. Therefore, if the traffic Police spot you with such alterations to the vehicle, they can impose a fine and seize the car. In fact, they could even ask you to remove these mods. Hence, you must consult your local RTO prior to visiting the aftermarket car modification shops to ensure that what you plan to do falls on the right side of the law.
