The video clip has been shared as YouTube Shorts by gtahubbadal. It captures a bizarre and perilous stunt by an XUV700 driver. He is seen almost lying on the passenger seat with his back toward the road for reels. Shockingly, there is no one in the driver’s seat. He put it in Adaptive Cruise Control mode where the electronics ensure that the SUV drives at a pre-defined speed braking and accelerating automatically depending on the traffic situation. The aim of this feature is to make sure that the system intervenes if the driver doesn’t react to an unforeseen scenario quickly enough.

However, people have been using it to undertake dangerous stunts and to create viral content for their social media followers. The man in this video is not even facing the road. In case of any emergency, he won’t even know what hit him. This is the stupidest thing you can do with your car. He is posing for the video as someone from the back seat records the entire episode. We can only urge our readers to not promote such activities on social media and raise awareness regarding the perils involved with such stupid acts.

We lose thousands of lives each year in road accidents. Most of them are due to the carelessness of the driver and disregard for the traffic regulations.
