You would be amazed to witness the kinds of activities people do on the roads.
This is a classic case of unbelievable visuals as a man holds a cot over his head while standing out of the sunroof of his Hyundai Verna. Apparently, he is trying to protect himself from the rain in this monsoon season. No, we don’t know why he didn’t instead choose to simply close the sunroof and comfortably sit inside the vehicle. Verna is a popular mid-size sedan that has been around for ages in our market. People appreciate the premium quotient it offers to its customers. Furthermore, car owners love sunroofs in India. In fact, they end up doing incredibly stupid and potentially dangerous acts because of it. Here is one such case in point.

Man Out of Sunroof of Hyundai Verna
This post has been shared by pa1_k_memes on Instagram. It captures a white Verna being driven on the highway. This video has been recorded by someone who is travelling behind this Verna. He/She has been able to gather interesting footage. There is a man standing out of the sunroof of the Verna. However, he is holding what looks like a cot upside down. The caption in the video mentions that the weather during the monsoon could notoriously deteriorate at any time. As a result, one must be adequately prepared.

However, there are tons of issues with doing something like this on the road. First of all, it is not allowed to stand out of the sunroof of a moving car, as per the Motor Vehicle laws. It creates issues of visibility for other car drivers around, which could result in accidents. On top of that, if the driver has to brake suddenly for some reason, the person handing out of the sunroof could get injured seriously. In fact, there have been many instances of that. Finally, there could also be a situation where the man could lose grip on this cot and it could hit a pedestrian.

What We Think
We witness all sorts of accidents on our roads every day. Most of them take place due to the negligence of the drivers or people refusing to follow traffic regulations. Laws are made for the benefit and safety of people. We must appreciate and follow them. Therefore, we would like to urge our readers to never get involved in such idiotic acts in any case. Also, make sure to report such miscreants to the authorities who are doing such perilous and stupid acts so that proper action could be taken against them.
