It is moving around on what looks like a public road. Looking at the tail section reveals that this is the Maruti 800. It is in blue colour with a silver bumper which is already a bit uncommon. The man is trying to reverse the car on the road. But we notice the extra wheelbase on this car. The owner has clearly tempered with the dimensions of the car massively.
An entire new section has been added to the centre to make it look like a limousine. This includes a body panel and new windows. Looking closely, one gets to know that even the front section has been altered significantly. There are round headlamps and a new grille to give it a retro-modern appearance. The man is struggling to manoeuvre it around on the road. This goes to show just how long the car is. In any case, the car modifier has been able to transform the very nature of this car without making it look flashy. That is quite commendable.
