XUV700 Buyer Seeks Blessings of Anand Mahindra
The said Twitter user, who goes by C Ashokkumar, claims to have saved for as many as ten years to be able to buy the vehicle of his choice. Not only did he share the news of the vehicle purchase on X (formerly Twitter) but even tagged Anand Mahindra to seek his blessings. He wrote: “After 10 years hard work buy new Mahindra #XUV700 need ur blessing sir….” Along with the text, he posted a picture of himself standing alongside his brand-new Mahindra XUV700.
Within a couple of days, the Chairperson of the Mahindra Group took notice of the tweet and won the hearts of many with his reply. He wrote: “Thank you, but it is YOU who have blessed us with your choice… Congratulations on your success that has come from hard work. Happy motoring.” Soon, the Tweet and Anand Mahindra’s response went viral and impressed many social media users. One replied, “Great gesture Sir. Gratitude truly goes a long way. Makes you feel special as well. Many congratulations C Ashokkumar.. Hard work pays off.” Another wrote, “I’m still working hard to get my dream car Scorpio one day….” A third user wrote, “You are role model for us always.” “Hard earned…” wrote another.

The business tycoon and philanthropist has been pretty active on X, where he is quite approachable to the proverbial ‘common man’.
