In a bizarre and terribly perilous act, a Ford Endeavour owner bursts firecrackers on the roof of the moving car. Needless to say, the post is going viral. Indian roads are full of incredible activities. That is the reason why people, especially from outside India, often are afraid to drive on our roads. While there are rules and regulations in place, most people don’t, unfortunately, follow them. In fact, outside the major cities, these rules are not even taken seriously. That is what we must aim to change. For now, let us take a look at this latest case.

Ford Endeavour Has Firecrackers on Roof
This post comes from Bagish K Jha on X (formerly Twitter). He attached a video clip of this hooliganism. There is a black Ford Endeavour plying on the road. As per the information in the video, this case emerges from the Gold Course Road in Gurgaon. One could clearly see the firecrackers mounted on the roof of the moving SUV. In fact, a person even hangs out of the door of the moving SUV to light these up. This is as bizarre an instance as any. Someone travelling behind recorded the entire incident. It is simply shocking to witness people flout all traffic regulations publicly.

The X user has tagged the Gurgaon Police and called for action. There are no details of what the Police did about this matter. But the number plate and the activity are clear from the video. We reckon it won’t be long before the authorities will be able to take the appropriate action against this miscreant. As a matter of fact, this Endy owner has also installed the Police lights (red and blue) on the grille of the SUV. We are pretty sure that no ordinary vehicle is allowed to roam around with these lights either. Hence, the authorities must also do something about this as well.

What We Think
We are surprised to see the audacity of some people. Not only are they risking their own lives by performing such mindless stunts, but they are also jeopardizing the health and safety of everyone around. Note that there are so many vehicles moving on the road at the time of this man bursting firecrackers. These could easily fly up to someone’s windshield or distract the other car drivers and scare them. That would invariably lead to an accident. Hence, this is a direct threat to the public safety. We can only hope that appropriate action is taken against this idiot.
