In a bizarre and perilous incident, a man is seen bursting fire crackers just outside a petrol pump. Indian roads are full of incredibly idiotic personalities. That is the reason why our roads are considered some of the most dangerous in the world. We are able to come across questionable activities on our roads almost on a daily basis. This is a prime example of such carelessness. Let us get into the details of this case.
Man Bursts Fire Crackers Outside Petrol Pump
This post comes from our regular reader Dhruva Mundodi on his YouTube channel, MUNDODI VLOGS. He captures an incident from the Mysore-Hinkal route. On his way, he came across a rather surprising and dangerous stunt on the public road. A man has ignited firecrackers (skyshots) right outside an HP petrol pump. The man looks happy after setting the skyshots on fire. In fact, he is directing the traffic as the crackers are placed midway on the road. Hence, even the movement of the vehicles is restricted.
This is a perfect example of what NOT to do on roads. It is extremely critical to adopt the safety measures at a petrol pump. We have seen dozens of accidents at petrol stations due to the carelessness of people. Since petrol is highly inflammable, it is recommended that no such activity takes place at the pump which can lead to a fire. In fact, people are even advised to switch off their mobile phones. But most people hardly follow the safety measures. That is why we have seen huge explosions at petrol stations on multiple occasions. Thankfully, there is no such case here.
Author’s Note
We lose lakhs of lives on our roads each year. Most of these accidents take place due to the carelessness of the drivers. People lack the habit of adhering to traffic regulations. As a result, crashes occur frequently. It is high time we start following the road rules vehemently and encourage everyone around us to do the same. Let us pledge to be responsible road users. Finally, if you see someone disregarding the traffic rules, make sure to report them to the authorities so that appropriate action can be taken against them.
