In yet another unfortunate case, a Mahindra XUV700 owner meets with an accident as he misuses the ADAS functions. XUV700 has been a monumental success ever since its launch last year. The waiting periods are still long, especially for some variants in some cities. Some prominent reasons for its wild success include ADAS safety features, powerful engines, ultra-modern tech features in the cabin and an imposing road presence. Mahindra XUV700 Owner Misuses ADAS
The video has been uploaded by Prateek Singh on his YouTube channel. He keeps uploading content around the real-life performances of popular cars along with the importance of buying cars with high safety ratings. This latest incident has been reported from Gurugram in Haryana. As per the information in the video, the owner was driving at around 80-90 km/h with ADAS. However, due to some reason, the SUV drove off the side of the road. Perhaps the driver had kept his eyes off the road.

Looking at the condition of the vehicle, there is significant damage at the rear, front and roof. The video also mentions that the XUV700 toppled over which is what caused the most damage to the SUV. However, one person suffered some injuries, while one person got away with minor scratches. Interestingly, the curtain airbags on one side didn’t get deployed which could be the reason why one person was seriously injured. It was only due to the strong build quality of the XUV700 that the side pillars were able to absorb the most impact.
