This post comes from _2ndhandluxury on Instagram. It captures a video of the camouflaged XUV300 plying on the road. This must be a part of the regular road testing prior to the launch. The visuals offer a glimpse of the connected LED taillamps visible even through the camouflage wrap. Apart from that, one could also see the roof and rear spoiler. As is the case with almost all facelift models, the compact SUV will also carry minor tweaks to the overall design. We shall have to wait just a bit longer to witness it in the flesh.

Specs
We don’t suppose there will be any changes to the engine and gearbox options. It will have the popular 1.2-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine, in two versions – one with 110 hp and 200 Nm, and the other with 130 hp and 230 Nm of power and torque. Additionally, there’s a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 115 hp and 300 Nm. Both of these engine choices will provide the option of a 6-speed manual transmission or an AMT gearbox. It will be interesting to see whether Mahindra decides to replace this AMT with a torque converter automatic transmission. Currently, the XUV300 is priced between Rs 7.99 lakh and Rs 14.76 lakh, ex-showroom. The facelift is expected to come at a slightly higher cost than these prices.
