Mahindra XUV 300 is going to launch in India on the 14th of February 2019. Here are its variant wise exterior and interior images!
After the launch of the Tata Harrier and the third generation Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, one of the biggest and most anticipated upcoming launches for this year is that of the Mahindra XUV 300. This sub-compact SUV, based on the same X100 platform of the SsangYong Tivoli will make its debut in India on the 14th of February 2019. When launched, it is expected to fall in-between the price range of INR 8 lakh to INR 12 lakh (ex-showroom).

As a result of this, it is going to compete against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport and the Tata Nexon. In addition to these, the top-spec ‘optional’ variant of the XUV 300 will take the battle to the likes of Hyundai Creta and the Nissan Kicks. Mahindra plans to make the best out of this product with the help of an attractive price along with an equipment list which includes several segment first features.

Right from the base variant, the Mahindra XUV 300 is going to come with dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors along with driver and passenger seat belt warning system. In addition to this, the feature list will also include power windows on all four-doors, a 2-Din audio system and 4-speakers.
Top-end variants i.e. the optional trims above the W8 gets creature comforts such as dual-zone climate control, sunroof, 7-airbags and LED projector headlamps.

The engine specifications of the Mahindra XUV 300 includes both petrol and diesel engines. The petrol derivative is going to be a 1.2-litre, turbocharged unit while the diesel engine is going to be a 1.5-litre engine borrowed from the Mahindra Marazzo.
Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. There will be no automatic gearbox for now.
