It is a prominent YouTuber who undertakes winter expeditions in the treacherous regions of the Himalayas with his off-roading SUVs like the Thar and Gurkha. In this video, he is somewhere in Spiti, Himachal Pradesh. It must be during the peak winters after a fresh spell of snow because the height of the snow is incredible. One can see the SUV dipped in snow almost to the bonnet. Regardless, the driver is driving through it.

He must know the terrain because the road is not visible at all. Driving without knowing where the road is could turn fatal quickly.
