This Mahindra Thar looks even bigger than the Ford Endeavour. Aftermarket car modification houses have raised their level so much that any type of customization has become possible in any car. Thar being a perfect affordable off-roading machine compared to something like Jeep Wrangler, offers a great foundation for people to modify. Let us take a look at all these modifications on this Thar for which the owner spent a whopping Rs 11 lakh.

Mahindra Thar Dwarfs Ford Endeavour
The video has been uploaded by Her Garage on YouTube. The YouTuber interviews the owner of the Thar who resides in Jammu. He showcases this unique and impressive SUV that is completely modified. The SUV is red in colour and the first thing that one notices are the gigantic 37-inch alloy wheels. These in themselves make the SUV much taller than the stock version. Apart from that, the owner has installed an additional 5-inch lift kit making it ginormous in proportions.

Then the front bumper is replaced with this rugged heavy-duty unit that has a practical winch installed on it. There are red tow hooks visible at multiple locations of the SUV to pull it out of any undesirable situation. All these parts are directly mounted on the chassis of the Thar. The lights have been replaced and auxiliary lighting has been set up as well. Under the bumper is a rugged heavy-duty skid plate protecting all the critical components underneath the Thar.

At the rear, the spare tyre is mounted on a frame that is connected to the chassis as well. An antenna is a 5-foot unit that is functional for which the owner shows the setup inside the cabin. The suspension and connecting rods are properly upgraded but it has not affected the steering weight. The owner also confirms that the vehicle doesn’t feel underpowered at all. In the end, a Ford Endeavour is parked right next to it and it looks slightly smaller than this modified Thar. The owner plans to spend around Rs 35 lakh more on the next version of the Thar.
