Mahindra has once again increased the price of the popular Scorpio-N SUV. It now comes with a starting price of Rs. 13.76 lakh.
Mahindra Scorpio-N is one of the most popular SUVs in the Indian market. It was launched in July 2022 with a price tag of Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base model. Earlier this year, the price was increased by Rs 1 lakh. Now, the company has hiked the price of the popular SUV once again. The Mahindra Scorpio-N is now available with a starting price of Rs 13.76 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-end model comes at Rs 24.53 lakh (ex-showroom). Let’s take a closer look.

Prices Up By Upto Rs 81,000
The Mahindra Scorpio N comes in five trims – Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8, and Z8L. It is available in both six- and seven-seater layouts. Along with two engine options, the company also offers the popular SUV in both 4ร4 and 4ร2 configurations. However, the 4ร4 option is only available with the diesel engine variant. It will not be available for the Z2 model. Overall, the Mahindra Scorpio N comes in up to 30 variants.
While the price of the base petrol variant is now up by Rs 52,199, the price of the Mahindra Scorpio N Z8L Diesel AT 2WD seven-seater version has been hiked by Rs 1,995. The top-end variant is now priced at Rs 24.53 lakh (ex-showroom). Previously, it was available at Rs 24.51 lakh. The maximum price hike can be seen on the Z4 Diesel MT 4WD seven-seater (E) variant. Its price has been hiked by Rs 81,000. Despite the price hike, the Scorpio N offers a compelling package.

Mahindra Scorpio N Specs
The popular SUV is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder mStallion turbo petrol engine that offers 175 bhp of peak power and 400 Nm of max torque. On the other hand, the 2.2-litre four-cylinder mHawk turbo diesel engine outputs 203 bhp of peak power and up to 380 Nm of max torque. Both engines can be paired with a standard six-speed manual transmission and a six-speed torque converter automatic. You can also choose from Deep Forest, Grand Canyon, Everest White, Dazzling Silver, Napoli Black, Red Rage, and Royal Gold colour options.

The Mahindra Scorpio N is based on a new ladder frame chassis. It comes with significant upgrades over the previous generation. This includes 18-inch alloy wheels, black leather seat upholstery, multiple airbags, connected technology, built-in Amazon Alexa, and a multifunctional steering wheel. There is also an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The new-gen Mahindra Scorpio N competes with the likes of Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, Innova Crysta, and Innova Hycross.
