Mahindra Scorpio N Delivery Goes Wrong

On the day of the delivery, he went to the dealership. However, just prior to that, he found out that the rear camera of the SUV was not working. The display for the rear camera was blue. A Mahindra salesman told him that it was just a software issue which will be fixed in one hour. Unfortunately, after the vehicle was taken to the service centre, the mechanics told him that there was some wiring issue and the entire wiring cable harness needed to be changed.

The owner has even attached the images along with his post on Facebook. Needless to say, this is a terrible experience for anyone taking the delivery of a new car. Now, the registration process of the vehicle already complete. That is why Kewal is facing a conundrum about how to proceed with this. He asks the group members if he can to cancel it now or not. In addition to that, he also asks if he could claim any compensation for this hassle. To face something like this on the day of the delivery is definitely unfortunate and sad.

We understand just how disappointing the Scorpio N owner would be feeling. Purchasing a new car is an emotional decision for a whole lot of people. To watch a brand-new car with issues is hard and unacceptable. We can only hope that Mahindra, or any other carmaker, ensures that such issues do not crop up. As for this case, Mahindra must ensure that this is not some serious issue which will re-occur. For that, the dealership could provide some additional benefits as compensation for it. Obviously, it must be ensured that this is not some permanent issue.
