Real World Mileage Test of Mahindra Scorpio Classic
The video has been created by Power On Wheel. The YouTuber takes on the challenge to travel from Ghaziabad to Bhopal on a single tank. As is the case with every mileage test procedure, the presenter goes to the petrol pump to get the diesel filled up to the brim. After setting the trip meter to 0, he commences the journey. Now, the length of this trip is over 700 km. Such a vast distance will invariably comprise of various road conditions and driving techniques just like one encounters on a daily basis.

For the initial leg of the trip, the YouTuber got plenty of empty stretches on the expressways to Agra. However, the patch between Agra and Gwalior was full of trucks and the vehicle could hardly be put in high gears. In addition to that, the host had to enter two cities on the way while the rest were easily avoided using bye-passes. All in all, the journey was a mixture of smooth highways and rough patches which makes it a great way to assess the real-world mileage of the Scorpio.

Fuel Mileage of 13.79 km/l
When the host finally visits the petrol pump, he had covered a 703 km of distance and used 50.90 litres of diesel. Using rudimentary calculations, the final mileage of the trip came out to be 13.79 km/l.
