Mahindra 2-Wheelers India has revealed a sportier, more youth-centric version of the Rodeo scooter called the Mahindra Rodeo UZO 125. The latest offering form Mahindra is a more premium version of the standard Rodeo with additional features and new body graphics designed to appeal to a younger audience. Speaking at the launch, Viren Popli, Chief of Operations, Two Wheelers Ltd. said “The Rodeo UZO 125 redefines the scooter segment on many fronts, creating new benchmarks on performance, technology, features, convenience and style. The UZO 125 is targeted at youth looking to own a scooter that reflects their winning style and modern outlook.”
Price
The Mahindra Rodeo UZO 125 is priced at Rs. 47,957 (ex-showroom Delhi) which, based on the long list of features, is great value for money.

Features
The Mahindra Rodeo UZO 125 has a lot of additional kit on offer:
- Sporty new graphics
- Coloured wheels
- Two-tone dual texture seat that prevents the rider from slipping during acceleration or sudden braking.
- External front fuelling
- Full digital instrument cluster that houses the speedometer, tachometer, odometer, trip meter, clock, high speed warning alarm and accelerometer
- Charging point to charge mobile phones and other electronic devices
- Side stand safety buzzer
- Illuminated underseat storage with a capacity of 21-litres (highest in it’s class) protected by a 4-in-1 antitheft key.
The scooter is powered by a 125cc, air-cooled motor with maximum power rated at 8PS and and a torque rating of 9Nm. According to the official ARIA figures the Mahindra Rodeo UZO 125 returns a healthy 59kmpl.

- Racetrack Black
- Colt Black
- Victory Violet
- Blazing Blue
Competition
The Mahindra Rodeo UZO 125 will compete against the Honda Activa 125 and Suzuki Access 125 in the 125cc scooter segment.
