Mahindra Mojo ABS variants will be launched by March 2019 as confirmed by our dealer sources. Currently, the updated bikes are under production.
Mahindra Two-wheelers’ flagship motorcycle, Mojo is all set to get ABS updated by March. The bike is available in two variants – UT300 and XT300.
As per our dealer sources, the bikes are under production. A launch date by March can be expected for ABS variants of both the bikes. They have also said that the prices will increase by around Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000.
Currently, Mahindra Mojo UT300 is priced at Rs 1.49 Lakhs and XT300 goes for Rs 1.79 Lakhs (ex-showroom).

UT300 is the lower-end variant and XT300 is the top-end variant. Both the motorcycles sport some considerable differences, but mechanically they remain the same.
Mahindra Mojo XT300 gets gold-anodized USD Forks, Twin-Pod LED headlamps, Twin Exhaust system and Pirelli tires. UT300 gets telescopic forks, Twin-Pod headlamps, single exhaust and MRF radial tires.
Both the motorcycles get the same 295cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine but with different power figures. The engine in XT300 produces 27 BHP and 30 Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Mahindra Mojo UT300 delivers 23 BHP and 25.2 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Features om both the motorcycles include a digital-analogue instrument cluster, Twin-pod headlamps, LED tail lamps, front and rear disc brakes. The engine also delivers a throaty racing exhaust note.
As of now, Mojo is tanking badly in the monthly sales chart. For December 2018, only 19 units of the motorcycle were sold. For November 2018, the condition was even worse at 5 units sold.
There are possibilities that the production of Mojo bikes might have been stopped to make way for the new stock.

Mahindra Mojo competes with the likes of Bajaj Dominar, Jawa Motorcycles and RE Classic 350. It will also compete with the upcoming Honda CB300R.
