The Mahindra BE.05 electric SUV was testing in Nashik recently. It has been spotted on multiple occasions as the Indian automaker prepares to take the Indian EV market by storm. Remember it has plans to launch 5 SUVs within the next couple of years. Mahindra BE.05 Electric SUV Spotted Testing
This post comes from sketchbuildride on Instagram. It captures the electric SUV with a coupe shape on the highway in Nashik, Maharashtra. Being a test mule, the entire body is under heavy camouflage. Still, the silhouette of the SUV is evident. At the rear, there is a prominent spoiler with an extended tailgate. The side profile is modern and attractive with large alloy wheels. Looking closely, one can also spot the sequential turn indicators. Someone driving on the road captured the entire video from the rear and the front. There are flush-fitting door handles and pronounced wheel arches. The bonnet has a curvaceous appearance. All in all, it seems to resemble the concept model showcased earlier.

Mahindra BE.05
The Mahindra BE.05 is built on the future-proof INGLO platform. It is anticipated to feature a 60 kWh battery, providing a driving range of up to 450 km. Initially, the e-SUV will be introduced with a 2WD configuration, and there is a possibility of an AWD version being introduced later. Thanks to advanced battery technology, the BE.05 is expected to support rapid charging at speeds of up to 175 kW, enabling a 5 to 80% charge in just 30 minutes. The anticipated launch date for the BE.05 is October 2025, with a starting price of Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete directly with the production-spec Tata Curvv EV and Hyundai Creta EV.
