On this occasion, the video showcases a driver driving weirdly on the road. A bike rider who was trying to overtake her for a while finally was able to record what she was upto. The man recorded the woman with her phone in her hand. She was watching a TV serial while driving. There was no one else in the car. In fact, that biker later mentions that she was driving funnily with the vehicle going in different directions.

After having seen the reason for this, he finally understood. The woman clearly had little control over the steering wheel since she was distracted by the screen. That is utter careless and lunatic behaviour. There are so many things that could go wrong in a blink of an eye.
