KTM 390 Adventure is scheduled to launch in 2019, most likely by first half. Here is a speculative rendering of the ADV bike to give an idea of how it might look.
KTM India is going to launch 2 new models for sure in India this year. One is the 790 Duke and the other is the 390 Adventure. Duke 790 is available globally but the Adventure motorcycle is not.
KTM 390 Adventure has been spotted testing a couple of time on international as well as Indian roads. The test mules on both the occassions looked a bit different though.
Here is a speculative rendering of the 390 Adventure, ahead of its launch this year. The rendered bike looks similar to the test mule spotted in Pune last month.

In the rendering, KTM 390 Adventure gets alloy wheels, instead of spoke wheels. A different kind of USD Forks are seen onboard. In the front, it gets a beak inspired from the RC 390.
On the side, you can see sharp creases over the body. It gets a matte-finished engine belly pan. The rendering of KTM 390 Adventure shows that it gets a long seat offering an upright commanding position.
For rear suspension, it gets adjustable mono-shock absorbers. The exhaust muffler is the same one seen on Duke 390. It seems like the 390 Adventure gets dual-purpose tire setup.

All these renderings are based on the spy pics that surfaced online a couple of weeks back. The test mule gets the same Steel Trellis Cradle frame that comes in other KTM bikes.
In the front, it gets WP Upside-Down forks, multi-spoke alloy wheels and LED headlamps. The side portion is identical to the one in the rendering. At the rear portion, KTM 390 Adventure gets huge pillion grab rails, which double up as luggage carriers.
For braking purposes, the ADV bike gets disc brakes at both ends. Also, dual-channel ABS will come as standard fitment.
For engine purposes, 390 Adventure will use a 373cc liquid-cooled engine, borrowed from Duke 390. The engine produces 44 BHP and 35 Nm of peak torque.

The engine borrowed from Duke will be fine-tuned further for better low-end torque delivery. The engine will come mated to a 6-speed gearbox. There are possibilities of a BS-6 engine coming along with the ADV bike.
We expect the prices of the bike to touch around Rs 3 Lakhs for a better competition.
