The upcoming Kia Sonet facelift has been leaked prior to the official debut. There have been numerous spy images of the compact SUV with heavy camouflage. However, this teaser finally highlights the front and the rear profiles quite vividly. The Sonet will rival the giants of this space including Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300 and Maruti Brezza. In order to stand apart from the competition, the Korean giant will rely on exquisite styling and the latest tech, convenience and connectivity features. In fact, it will also get ADAS functionalities to enhance the active safety capabilities. Let us take a look at the details of the Sonet facelift.

Kia Sonet Surfaces Before Official Debut
This video comes from Harsh VLOGS on YouTube. The host showcases the glimpses from the actual teaser. In the video clip, the front and rear sections of the compact SUV are evident. At the rear, it will get connected LED taillamps, a rugged bumper, a roof-mounted spoiler and a study skid plate with a plastic element on it. Moving to the front, there are 7-shaped LED DRLs around the sleek LED headlamp cluster (like on the XUV300), horizontal LED fog lamps, a revamped grille design and a sporty bumper. All in all, there will be clear distinctions between the existing and the facelift models.

Interior and Features
The video clip also shares a quick glimpse of the cabin layout. It will get a dual-connected display – one for the infotainment and one for the driver’s instrument cluster. Just below that infotainment screen, one can see the AC vents which lend a premium vibe. There are physical buttons to control HVAC and multimedia between the AC vents which is a great thing. I also love the sporty stitching on the steering wheel. However, the most talked-about feature in this video is ADAS. A couple of months ago, Hyundai introduced ADAS in Venue. Since it is the sibling, the Sonet will most likely get ADAS too. All the factors will ensure that it comes with the top-notch features.
