From the sides, one is barely able to tell which model it is. As per the details in the caption, the SUV was hit by a dumper truck on Hazira Bridge. Further details of how this happened are not available. The caption also mentions that no one was seriously injured in this crash. That is quite an achievement considering just how insanely horrific this accident is.

However, we must not jump to any conclusions simply by watching this post. Sure, the vehicle did a commendable job of saving the occupants. But we must not ascribe our opinion about its safety capability and build quality based on this isolated incident. NCAP tests are the only way to ascertain the exact safety rating and ability of any car. The Kia Sonet is yet to be tested on the Bharat NCAP. We must reserve our commentary on the build quality until then.
