Kia Seltos Teaser shows a new colour option and gives a glance of how the production-ready model looks like.
Kia Motors will unveil its much-awaited SUV, Seltos, on June 20. Several spy shots and interior pictures are doing rounds on the internet and recently the brand showcased a teaser video of their upcoming Kia Seltos.
The South Korean Manufacturer will launch the car later in September for the Indian market and it will compete with the Hyundai Creta, Tata Harrier, MG Hector but will also overlap the prices of Nissan Kicks and Renault Captur.
Talking about the Kia Seltos Teaser which was shared, it showcases the vehicles exteriors and the slogan, Rise of the new Bold SUV. The vehicle caught sports a Merlot shade and all LED Headlamps along with a tiger nose grille up front.

Also, the shark fin antenna, sloping roofline along with a sharp C-pillar, LED signature taillights, thick machine-finished alloy wheels can be observed. Ending the video was a profile of the upcoming SUV.
As majestic the Seltos looks on the outside, the more conventional design the SUV will carry on the inside. It will come with all black interiors, piano black inserts on the doors as well as the dashboard followed by leather upholstery. The SUV also gets independent headrests and armrest in both the rows.
A 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as connectivity features. It is also likely to get the BlueLink Technology seen on the recently launched Hyundai Venue. It might also get a premium Bose surround music system.
Voice command, 360-degree camera, a navigation system, multi-function steering wheel, heads-up display, ventilated front seats, electronic parking brake are also some of the key features about the Kia Seltos.

The upcoming brand has remained tight-lipped about the engine specifications but we expect that it will sport a new 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine which will be mated to both manual and automatic transmission.
Furthermore, Kia Motors is also working on the 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol motor which will come with a 7-speed DCT. It will generate 140 bhp and is also expected to come with paddle shifters for a more sportier feel.
