Kia Seltos is the first car in India to be offered with four gearbox options. 6-speed manual gearbox is standard on all the three engines. The petrol engine comes with CVT gearbox, diesel with AT and the turbo-petrol with DCT.
It uses a 1.4 Litre turbo-petrol engine, which produces 142 BHP and 242 Nm of peak torque. The 1.5 Litre petrol engine gives out 115 BHP and 144 Nm of peak torque and the 1.5 Litre diesel gives 115 BHP and 250 Nm of peak torque.
The Tech Line misses out on a lot of features that come in the GT line variants. The main difference between the Tech and GT line is that the latter gets more sporty bits on the exterior as well as inside the cabin.
