Check out this demo vehicle Kia Seltos that crashes suddenly during a test drive but saved both the passengers seated inside.
An accident happening during a test drive is not what the company as well as the prospective buyer wants. It can create a negative review of the car that was involved. However, here’s an example where the owner was impressed with the safety quality of Seltos even after going through an accident.
This happened in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. A guy was taking the test drive of the car but was seat on the passenger seat. The delivery executive was driving the car, which is a normal practice done by many buyers to test the features, speakers or just the comfort. However, a couple of seconds later something wrong happened.

The Seltos suddenly swerved to the right and ended up crashing in the divider. The speed is around 80-90 km/hr as seen lightly on the speedometer. Due to the impact, the SUV crashed in the divider and turtled one time. The car had to be pushed to make it straight. You can see the condition of the car above.
The driver side alloy wheel has been twisted and there’s some damage to the chassis as well. However, rest of the car just has heavy scratches mainly. The roof, bonnet, side fender and the A-Pillar has received some crumples. The impact has thankfully not reached the doors. Both the passengers got out safely and just sustained some minor injuries.
Despite turtling once, this car can still be repaired to a brand new condition. The bill will definitely be huge as the impact has come on the base body. The owner feels impressed with the car and is considering to buy the Seltos itself. The variant involved in the accident looks like the HTX+ variant which comes with most of the bells and whistles.
