Indian roads are full of idiots and we, unfortunately, come across them very often
In the latest incident, Kerala Police ended up fining a Maruti Ciaz owner a whopping Rs 2.5 lakh for preventing an ambulance from overtaking. This is horrible since the ambulance was in an emergency situation. We have seen innumerable instances of people performing all sorts of horrendous and mindless activities on our roads. That is why Indian roads are considered some of the most dangerous in the world. For now, let us take a look at the details of this latest instance.
Kerala Police Fines Person Who Blocked Ambulance’s Path
The visuals of this shocking incident stem from ghantaa on Instagram. The video clip contains the live footage from inside the ambulance. It shows the ambulance driver trying hard to overtake the car. The ambulance even has a loud siren on and is honking at the Maruti Ciaz being driven just in the front. However, for some reason, the Ciaz driver refused to take notice of this situation and kept on driving in front of the ambulance. It is surprising and heartbreaking to see how careless this idiot is.
For a long distance, the Ciaz was seen intentionally trying not to let the ambulance overtake. This is an astonishing activity. Imagine your loved one in that ambulance and this brainless maniac not letting you pass. Thankfully, there was footage which recorded this entire sage with the help of which the Police were able to get hold of this idiot and fine him. As per various reports online, the authorities slapped a fine of Rs 2.5 lakh which seems about right. However, it must be said that the consequences of this stupidity could’ve been fatal.
My View
Now I would love to know more details about this instance. Still, the footage is clear and shows the bizarre turn of events. I hope that no other patient has to go through such torture due to the lack of empathy from people like these. Thankfully, I have mostly seen people make way for ambulances. I urge our readers to do the same. You must aid the emergency vehicles in such cases which could be the difference between life and tragedy. If you find anyone disrupting the movement of an ambulance, you must report them to the authorities so that appropriate action can be taken against them.
