The new colours will be sold alongside the regular ones but are limited to just 10 units each. The booking has started and deliveries will take place by September end.
Kawasaki Motors India introduces two new colour schemes to the Ninja 400. These are the limited edition to the bikes and is specific to 10 units each. The new colour option to the Kawasaki Ninja 400 includes Metallic Spark Black/Lime Green and Lime Green/Ebony (KRT Edition).
The new colour options on the Kawasaki Ninja 400 will cost you the same as in the regular colours. The same starts at a price tag of Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). One can book the New Ninja 400 at the nearest dealerships and the deliveries of these limited edition units will begin by the end of September 2019.
Kawasaki Ninja 400 gets a 399cc parallel twin engine which churns out a total of 39 bhp at 10,000 rpm along with a peak torque of 38 Nm at 8,000 rpm. Transmission onboard includes a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The configuration on both these new colours remains the same as both get the same suspension setup. At the front, the bike sees 41mm telescopic suspension and monoshock suspension at the rear.
The brake at the front is also the largest at 310 mm and the rear disc sees 220 mm petal disc. The bike comes with ABS as a standard feature. The bike is based on the steel trellis frame. Consequently, this helps in improving its riding dynamics. Furthermore, the kerb weight of the 400 is 168kgs.
Feature-wise, the Kawasaki Ninja 400 comes with a new analogue-digital instrument cluster which is borrowed from the 650. It also comes with LED daytime running lights, LED tail-lamps and a new exhaust canister.

One can also opt for the add-on accessories to the bike. These include pillion seat cowl, helmet lock, radiator screen, tank bag and tank pad. The Kawasaki Ninja 400 competes with the likes of Yamaha YZF-R3, KTM RC390, TVS Apache RR 310 and the Benelli 302R.
