Kartik Aaryan Calls Himself ‘Car-tik’
In a recent interview during the promotional event, Kiara Advani jokingly mentions that big producers gift Karthik swanky cars if the movies are successful. She is, of course, referring to the McLaren GT that Bhushan Kumar gifted him after the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. It was the first McLaren GT in the country. The retail sticker on the car reads close to Rs 5 Crore. Kiara made this comment after observing the car print on Kartik’s T-shirt.

She said, “That’s a sign. Because you know right, whenever Kartik’s film is a blockbuster, his producers gift him a car.” To this, Kartik Aaryan replies, “That’s why my name is Car-tik.” This simple wordplay captures the essence of the entire conversation. Finishing off his statement, he says, “I hope I get this car after the success of Satyaprem Ki Katha.” He is referring to his latest movie featuring Kiara Advani.
