Among the cars featuring in John Wick Chapter 4, the major highlight is the 1971 Plymouth Barracuda that Keanu Reeves is seen driving
We have spotted a cool vintage muscle car that features in John Wick Chapter 4. John Wick is an American action thriller that started in 2014. After the success of the first movie, there were 2 sequels that followed in 2017 and 2019 called John Wick: Chapter 2 and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum respectively. Just these three parts grossed over US$587 million worldwide making the franchise one of the most successful ones around. March 2023 saw the release of the 4th part called John Wick: Chapter 4.

John Wick Chapter 4 Features 1971 Plymouth Barracuda
The franchise has had a relationship with powerful muscle cars since the first iteration. In that movie, the hitman drove a 1969 Mustang Mach 1. Also, there was a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396. Both these are two of the most iconic models from the 1970s. In fact, many car collectors have some models of these vintage cars in their garages. However, in the latter parts of the movie, another muscle car was used by the assassin, the 2011 Dodge Charger SXT with a black exterior and a powerful V8 engine.

But we spotted the latest ride of John Wick recently. It is the 1971 Plymouth Barracuda. It has a 440 triple two-barrel Super Commando Six Pack that outputs 390 hp of peak power. This makes it the third most powerful vehicle in the franchise. It must be noted that a more powerful version of the Barracuda also exists that develops a massive 425 hp of peak power from a HEMI engine but it was not suited for the action sequences as it had a shaker hood.
