Social media users have made fun of motorcycle aficionado John Abraham for his ‘Nakli Stunt’ with a KTM 250 Duke
One can trust social media users to be quick to propel anyone to stardom and, at times, even roast a star heavily. Social media trolling is pretty common, especially when it comes to calling out some celebrity. A case in point here is an image of John Abraham that went viral on Instagram recently. The said image shows the macho superstar lifting a KTM 250 Duke – a stunt that goes well with his macho physique and athletic prowess. Interestingly, though, he was mocked heavily by the netizens.

Not The First Time John Abraham Has Lifted a Motorcycle
The said visual is part of an advertisement shoot, where John Abraham shows off his strength as he lifts a KTM 250 Duke above his head. All of this would have looked entirely believable in the final cut, but the raw footage clearly shows the ropes supporting the lifted motorcycle. No wonder, then, that social media users were quick to attack the actor left, right, and center. Clearly, the motorcycle was lifted using a rope and pulley arrangement and not by the actor himself. This was enough to irk netizens and have them start trolling the ‘Pathaan’ actor.
Quick research shows this isn’t the first time the actor has hoisted a motorcycle above his head. We even managed to find a decade-old picture of John lifting a motorcycle. Also, a clip from the ‘Force’ movie shows the actor lifting a Bajaj Pulsar 150 and throwing it at the goons with considerable ease. It’s not known if the actor actually lifted these motorcycles or if they were simply hoisted in the air using ropes and pulleys. But the recent footage from the TVC shoot clearly shows that the actor hasn’t lifted the KTM himself.

Post Removed from Instagram After Heavy Trolling
As mentioned, social media users were quick to call out the stunt and troll the actor. One of the users wrote: “Sab Nakli Stunt” while other said: “RIP to ones who thought he actually lifted this one and for that matter the Pulsar in Force. People who actually lift weights will understand this.” Meanwhile, another user chipped in: “Make another Dhoom before this guy gets old”. Clearly, this little stunt has left many fans of John Abraham pretty disappointed but what’s worth noting here is that the post was taken off the Instagram after it received a lot of backlash.
