Jeep Trailhawk finally lists itself on the Jeep Website! The rugged offroader is expected to launch soon
The long-awaited Trailhawk has finally made an appearance on the company’s official website for India. Several spy shots and videos of the camouflaged Jeep Trailhawk were spotted to see how the car will look and now the details are out.
Jeep Trailhawk will be the most value for money off-roader which will not only rival in its segment but a level above it too. The SUV now gets a ground clearance of 225mm.
9-speed automatic transmission in diesel is new for the car and it will source its power from a 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine producing 174bhp with 350Nm of torque. Mind you, these figures are from BS-IV tuned engine. It is expected to get a BS-VI compliance engine for Indian roads.

Furthermore, for the rugged off-roading SUV, Trailhawk will see an addition of ‘rock’ mode long with ‘auto’, ‘sand’ and ‘mud’. The car will see an approaching angle of 33 degrees and departing angle of 33.6 degrees, thanks to the newly designed bumpers.
Coming to the exteriors, the SUV will get Trailhawk badging on the fenders and rear profile and it receives body cladding which runs all across the SUV. On the bonnet, it gets an anti-glare decal, features dual tone alloy wheels and also tow-hooks at the rear bumper which increases the utility of the vehicle.
The interiors will see a large multi-information display with 8.4-inch of touchscreen infotainment display which will have Apple CarPlay with Android Auto. Dual-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof will also add to the package.

Red-highlights on the instrument cluster, speakers bezels and around the seats can be expected to give it a distinct look. Trailhawk badging on the seat can be expected as well. Furthermore, the car is expected to launch somewhere around June and will be the hardcore off-roader in its segment.
The pricing of the Jeep Trailhawk can be expected at Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
