Jeep Compass Owner Narrates Terrible Service Tale
The video has been posted by a famous YouTuber and the Compass owner is his friend. The owner explains that the service quality of Jeep is pathetic. He had given the SUV to the dealership to get the exterior painted due to an accident. However, the paint quality is quite low and looks like it has been done by an aftermarket car shop. In fact, the difference in the colour of the door and the body is clearly visible. Then, the cladding around the wheel arches comes off and the fitting is pretty flimsy. This, again, reflects the low quality of service.

Finally, the owner asked the dealership to fix the issues pertaining to the key fob, gear lever and rain-sensing wipers. However, all these issues remained unresolved. They changed the battery of the key fob. But it showed low battery only a couple of days after that. As far as the gear lever is concerned, the dealership staff created a hole in the gear selector. And the rain-sensing wipers still remain dysfunctional. On top of that, the service staff is not ready to accept that the paint quality is not up to the mark.

Finally, the owner took the car to the service station again and it would require around 2 days to get it fixed. The cost of the previous service came out to be around Rs 20,000 but it didn’t clearly mention what issues had been resolved. The owner is visibly irritated and asks everyone to avoid going to the service station in Delhi. What are your thoughts regarding the service experience of Jeep?
