Classic Legends will commence the booking for Jawa Perak from 1st January. The factory-custom Bobber is priced at Rs 1.94 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
Jawa Motorcycles unveiled the Perak back in November 2018 and it was launched in November 2019. The factory-custom Bobber is inspired by American Classics and comes with a slightly bigger engine than the Jawa and Forty-Two.
Now, Classic Legends have announced that the booking for Jawa Perak will commence on January 1, 6 PM. The deliveries will further commence from 2nd April 2020. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 1.94 Lakhs (ex-showroom) and is BS-6 compliant.
The booking for Jawa Perak can either be done online or through their dealerships. The booking amount token is yet to be disclosed. Its great that Classic Legends has confirmed its delivery dates, owing to some harsh experiences with the Jawa and Forty-Two.

Jawa Perak uses a 332cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder DOHC engine, that is capable of producing 30.4 PS and 31.3 Nm of peak torque. The engine produces roughly 4 PS more than the Forty-Two, result of a bigger bore. The motorcycle is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
Perak is a custom Bobber and that’s indicated by the single touring seat. Other highlights include round headlamps, the bulbous fuel tank, spoke wheels, raised single-piece handlebar for the maximum comfort and a unique exhaust muffler.
The suspension is handled by telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the back. The unique swingarm setup gives out old-school looks, like a hardtail. The braking is handled by front and rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS as standard.

Jawa Perak will come in the price range of Bajaj Dominar 400, KTM Duke 250, Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 and Mahindra Mojo 300. Meanwhile, a word on the deliveries of the Jawa and Forty-Two; the deliveries are now running smoothly with the overall waiting period down to around 5 months.
