Jawa Motorcycles has announced an auction for the education of Armed Forces Martyrs children. For this, specialized bikes will be offered to the bidders.
The specially made ‘Jawa Motorcycles Signature Edition’ bikes will be auctioned at a fundraiser on 29th March. The proceedings will be directed towards the education fund for Armed Forces Martyr’s children.
The auction will be carried in Mumbai and for those who are not present at the event, can do the bidding online as well. As of now, it has not been disclosed that if the Signature Edition will come on Jawa or Forty- Two.
The bidders can choose a chassis number between 1-100. The Jawa Motorcycles Signature Edition will get a small ‘Indian Flag’ livery on the fuel tank and a customized tank cap.

The bidders of the Signature Edition will also be offered exclusive brand events, Jawa Merchandise, offers on the official merchandise, promotions and much more. A coffee table book about the Jawa will be gifted too.
Also, Classic Legends is offering a ‘Service Package’ on the Jawa Motorcycles Signature Edition, which will be for 42 months (3.5 years). This package will offer discounts on parts and complementary servicing.
As stated earlier, for people who cannot make it to the Mumbai event can also do the bidding online. The bidders have to mention the chassis number that they want and the amount that they are ready to pay for it.

Meanwhile, another rejoice for the buyers, as the deliveries are finally going to commence this week. Jawa Motorcycles has confirmed the schedule on Twitter, as the deliveries will begin after its launch 5 months back.
Dealers have started notifying the buyers about their deliveries. The first lot will be delivered this week, while the second one will come by Mid-April. However, a lot of customers who have booked the bike on launch date itself have not received any notification.
Due to the soared booking period, the launch of Jawa Perak has also been pushed back. Now, its booking will commence by September 2019, with the launch expected by the end of this year.

The prices of Jawa Motorcycles start from Rs 1.55 Lakhs going up to Rs 1.89 Lakhs (ex-showroom). Perak is the costliest of three motorcycles launched.
