Jawa Motorcycles teased a sketch prior to the launch, which showcased a missing Jawa Adventure tourer. Reports say that the launch could take place by the ed of 2020.
Before the launch, Classic Legends released a sketch teaser of its upcoming motorcycles in India. In that sketch, we could spot Jawa, a classic Roadster, a Bobber and an Adventure Tourer/Scrambler.
Now, it has launched 3 motorcycles in India, which misses out on Adventure Tourer/Scrambler. Autocar India reports that Jawa Adventure Tourer will not be launched in India anytime soon.
As per Autocar, Anupam Thareja, one of the founders of Classic Legends, confirmed the news. He said that as of now, the focus is only on the 3 Jawa Motorcycles till 2019. By the end of 2019, Jawa Perak will be launched in India.

Thareja has not ruled out the launch of Jawa Adventure tourer but has mentioned it won’t in 2019. As per online reports, we expect it to launch sometime in 2020.
Just before the launch, a spy pic of the Jawa Adventure Tourer had surfaced up. Although it was covered fully, there were special hints that led to the conclusion. The test mule has inverted telescopic forks, larger spoke-wheels and off-road tires, which are traits of an ADV/Scrambler bike.
On the teaser sketch, it seemed to have a different frame as compared to Jawa and Type 42. The teaser sketch showed a tall windscreen, mono-shock suspension, raised exhaust system, a rather extended grab rail and single flat seat.

Other design highlights like round headlamps, spoke wheels and the retro look would be taken on other Jawa Motorcycles.
As of now, there are no more details on the Jawa Adventure tourer. It will most likely use the 293cc liquid cooled engine, that comes in other 2 Jawa Motorcycles.
The newly developed BS-6 compliant engine develops 27 BHP max. and 28 Nm of peak torque. The engine delivers generous torque in the mid-range because of the flat torque curve system. For transmission purposes, the engine pairs up with a 6-speed gearbox.
The prices of Jawa ADV would be somewhere around Rs 1.6 Lakhs or so.
