In our previous article on XF we reported that Jaguar will be launching a facelift version of Jaguar XF sedan once the awaited Range Rover Evoque makes its entry into the market. Well as per the news and our expectations the company has launched the 2011 Jaguar XF facelift model.
In our last post we had given you a brief yet complete introduction of the new model’s features and looks. For those of you who are reading about the car for the first time,we would like to brief about the car once again. The 2011 XF is not an entirely different model but sports a mid term makeover.
The look, unlike the previous model, are now very sharp and aggressive. The elegance still has its own space but the overall appeal has really impressed us. Some of the highlighting features include day time running LED light strip in headlamps, LED tail lamps, slimmer chrome strip at the rear etc.

A more pronounced hood is another noticeable change on the exterior. On the inside there is no major difference and it all seems to be the same. Speculations were there that a new 2.2 Liter CRDI diesel engine could also make its way but unfortunately it hasn’t. The engine line-up remains the same and consists of a 3.0 Liter V6 Diesel engine producing 274 BHP and a 5.0 Liter V8 petrol engine producing 380 BHP.
